Pam,
I’ve spoken very highly of the services you provided and I
really appreciate all your work to make such a smooth and
enjoyable vacation. Marcy and I can’t thank you enough!!!!
Many, many memories, can’t wait to do it again…we’re thinking
maybe 2 years. Sincerely, Dick S. |

Pam,
Thank you so very much for your help with the original, and the
reissued tickets, that you were able to get for my wife during
our family emergency. I look forward to doing business
with you again and hopefully get to meet you some time. Larry

Jeanne, I can't thank you and the other girls enough for helping me make it home in time for Xmas. I was pretty certain that I'd be buying a Charlie Brown Tree and having
Christmas with Butch at the Denver Airport.
I am extremely impressed with your ability to maintain near constant communication with Butch and myself during our ordeal. You put some serious effort into getting us home and it is very much appreciated. Bottom line.. without YOU
we would have been screwed! (no other way to put it)

Odette, What a wonderful
employee you have in Angie. I have used Accent Travel and Angie as
an agent for 10+ years. My experiences with her have always been exceptional. She just assisted one of my clients
to find a reasonably priced airline ticket that will allow him to visit family he hasn't
seen in 13 years. Angie's help will make this fella's holiday.
Angie's efforts have always been courteous, helpful, and timely. The extra effort she afforded me today with
assisting my client, in my view, was above and beyond her regularly
exceptional customer service.

Laura, I've passed your business card out to three people and sent an email to the neighbor!
I think that with all of the "internet" options, people try to plan all on their own, but I mean it when I say, I could not have stayed sane without you doing the work!!
Thanks a million. You know, I still have one whole week to bug you! Take care!

"Pam,
Thank you for everything - especially your patience. We're all
having a great time! See you when we get back. Think
tropics! Warm... no snow. Drinks, food, fun,
laughter! Thelma and the gang."

Jenn Rocheleau, Travel Counselor
"Scott H. just called to say THANK YOU for all your hard work in helping him when his flight was cancelled. You saved him a several hour bus ride to another airport which he greatly appreciates. He said it is nice to work with an agency that has great customer service instead of online where you don't get any. Many other people on his original flight got stuck taking a 6hr bus ride to
JFK."

"I received a call from our Manager in Calais, ME. He wanted to express is appreciation for Jennifer's help on Tuesday. She helped with locating his luggage that had been lost. As he explained; she made several phone calls to airlines and spent a lot of time locating his luggage. He felt that she went above and beyond her call of duty."
